Gloria designed The Music Wheel in 2000 while teaching young students to play the piano. The first design consisted of three moveable layers. She has since simplified the concept into the one-layer product she is now offering for sale.

She used various handmade designs of The Music Wheel as a teaching tool from 2000 until 2005 testing its usefulness with her students and also music teachers. Encouraged by many who appreciate The Music Wheel's simplicity in explaining a complex language (music), Gloria now offers this unique learning and teaching tool to the public.

Entrepreneur Publishing & Recording Company began publishing in the fall of 1988 in Turner, Oregon. It was established by Gloria I. Andresen, composer & song writer, performer, keyboard & vocal instructor, and mother of five children.

Turner has a special place in the heart of Gloria from childhood as she spent several summers at camp on the grounds of the Oregon Christian Convention Center & Tabernacle.

Gloria came to Turner in 1979, and resided in the countryside near Turner until 1999 when she moved to Salem, and then to Portland, Oregon to continue her education in music and the humanities at Marylhurst University.

After Graduating from Marylhurst University in 2000, Gloria published Free Spirit c. 2002, a soft-cover hymnal of 44 original compositions arranged for group singing. At that time, Gloria re-produced Festival Glorious, a soft-cover anthology of eight vocal/piano compositions of solos and duets; These publications are available with CDs and audio tapes at www.EntrepreneurPublishing.com.
